{felt clippies}

For the flower, I don't have a pattern cause I created it as I went, but it's just the top shape twice. Then a leaf shape. I used a blanket stitch around the outside of each of the petals. Then sewed them together when I put each of the buttons on. Then hot glued it to a clip that My SIL gave me, she got them from minor details. She has a great tutorial on how to make clips similar to this: watermelon, crocheted and twilight. I love the way these turned out.

We decided to give these away for Valentine's Day to Ari's girl friends. It was SO fast! and So easy. Seriously - don't ever pay anybody to do these for you. Unless you really don't want to spend the 5 minutes it takes to do it. I did hearts in honor of valentine's day. The hearts were all modified running stitch and then knotted on the back. Not the cleanest looking on the back, but adorable on the front. When modeling these, Aria prefers to look at the camera... go figure, normally I can't even get her to look. Hence you get one blurry one.

adorable!! Do they stay in her hair? Lizzy has a hard time keeping clips in her hair!

I'm just realizing how long it's been since I've really spent time on a computer. These are so cute!
