{turkey meatballs}

1 T fresh or dried rosemary
1 lb. ground turkey
2/3 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 large egg
2 T milk
1 T black pepper (extremely spice - I used 1 t. or less)
1 t. bottled crushed garlic
1 t. salt
1/4 t. red pepper flakes

Preheat oven to 375. For easy clean-up line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Crush the rosemary. Put the rosemary, turkey, bread crumbs, egg, milk, black pepper, garlic, salt and red pepper flakes into a large bowl. Shape the mixture into marble sized meatballs, about 1/2 inch in diameter.

Transfer the meatballs to a baking sheet and bake about 10 minutes or until the meatballs begin to brown. Remove from oven and serve immediately.

These were really quite good! I served these with egg noodles, but felt that they needed some sort of gravy/sauce... any ideas?
