{cilantro lime rice}

INGREDIENTS:
3 cups hot cooked rice
2 small limes, juiced
1 lime, zest of
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS:
1. Once rice is cooked, fluff with a fork.
2. Add lime juice, lime zest, cilantro, and salt to rice.
3. Stir well.

We often make this now to accompany our mexican dishes.
